6. Data usage
6.1 Party Time (UK) Ltd t/a PartyTimeDirect will use the data you supply to answer an enquiry or to administer an ongoing commercial relationship.
6.2 We will also use your data to tell you about changes to the site, new information, or products and services offered by Party Time (UK) Ltd t/a PartyTimeDirect that we think you will find valuable. You can choose not to receive this information by following the “unsubscribe” link which will be clearly displayed on any e-mail marketing communication.
6.3 We do not share, sell, trade or rent your personal data outside of Party Time (UK) Ltd group.
7. Pricing Conditions
7.1 All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. All payments are taken in UK pounds Sterling only. Prices include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges.
7.2 The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order plus the applicable delivery charge.
7.3 Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change after you have placed your order. If an item becomes unavailable, we will inform you and may offer you an alternative, but will contact you to prior to despatch.
8. Product Information & Images
8.1 We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
8.2 Images of products on the website are for illustration purposes only. As full a description as possible of what items are included with the product will be shown on the website. Some images show costumes with additional accessories for illustration purposes only - please read the text describing what items are included before purchasing.
9. Payment of Goods
9.1 We accept payment by Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and PayPal. Please note that payment is taken when you place your order.
10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
10.1 I want to cancel my order - what do I do?
10.1.1 Pre-Despatch - If you wish to cancel your order before it is despatched, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been despatched, we will cancel the order and cancel any debit/credit card transaction. If your order has already been despatched, please see below.
10.1.2 After Despatch - If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been despatched we will process a Returns Authorisation and note your order. You have 14 days after the receipt of delivery to return your unwanted items for a refund.
10.2 Customers are requested to exercise reasonable care when examining and trying on costumes and to return unwanted items with the original packaging. Customers are requested to avoid exposing returned items to cigarette, cigar or pipe smoke. A copy of the invoice/despatch note must be included, otherwise a delay in processing any refunds may occur.
10.3 For hygiene reasons customers are requested to take reasonable care in not removing any protective seals when examining wigs, teeth, tights, stockings, earrings, underwear, make-up and facial hair.
10.4 We strongly advise that when returning items to us a proof of postage is requested from your Post Office. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are received by Party Time Direct. The return cost of the postage will be borne by the customer.
10.5 In the instance of goods being returned after 14 days after receipt of delivery it will be at the discretion of Party Time Direct as to whether a refund or partial refund will be applied.
10.6 We aim to refund promptly. All refunds will be made within 30 days to the card that was used in the original purchase, if paid by PayPal to the PayPal account or by cheque if the original order was paid by cheque.
10.7 Where goods are returned by the customer we will consider our original packing and postage to have been completed and the charge for this will not be included in any refund.
11. Faulty Goods
11.1 Should you receive an order from us where the goods are faulty or incorrect you should contact us immediately. We will give you a Returns Authorisation Code and we will be happy to exchange or refund for the faulty or incorrect item.
11.2 You will be required to return the goods to us with a copy of your invoice/despatch note and your Returns Authorisation Code. See section 10.4 for advice on returning goods.
11.4 A refund or replacement will be processed when the goods have been received and inspected by Party Time Direct.
11.5 Party Time Direct will not be liable for any goods where a defect or fault has arisen from misuse, willful damage or negligence, wear and tear, repair or alteration.
12. Delivery and Postage Information
12.1 Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.
12.2 When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery and packing charge can be selected. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
12.3 All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Most parcels will be delivered via Royal Mail. Despatch is subject to the delivery option selected.
12.4 Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
12.5 The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
12.6 Delivery address details must be entered correctly and fully. We are not responsible for non-receipt of goods caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery address information provided by the customer.
